We would like to draw your attention to the Call for Contributions to the International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC 2023), to be held in Maui, Hawaii, October 1-4, 2023. This year's theme is "Improving the Quality of Life" (https://ieeesmc2023.org/)

Calls for Workshops, Special Sessions and Tutorials have a deadline of February 15, 2023 with instructions available online: https://ieeesmc2023.org/contributing/

Three Satellite Workshops are confirmed, including the 13th IEEE Workshop on Brain-Machine Interface Systems (https://musaelab.ca/bmi23/smc2023_bmi.html), the 3rd IEEE Future Directions Workshop on Telepresence, and the 1stIEEE Workshop on Telexistence in Virtual Worlds. Attendance to these workshops will be free to all SMC 2023 attendees.

Full papers covering contributions to theory and practice, including but not limited to, the broad technical areas of Systems Science and Engineering, Human-Machine Systems, and Cybernetics are being sought with a submission deadline of March 30, 2023.
