Dear Friends,

As you probably know, the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA) has its Congresses every two years, the location oscillates between Americas, Europe, and Asia, and it is usually help jointly with a conference of the local fuzzy society. In line with these general rules, the 2021 IFSA Congress will be help in Europe, and it will be held jointly with the Biannual Conference of the European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology (EUSFLAT).

Because of the pandemic, the original dates for the IFSA/EUSFLAT2021 conference has been changed. The new (final) dates are September 19-24, 2021. A specific European location is currently being finalized. The organizers are committed to have the conference at these dates, if necessary, partly or even fully online.

Please mark your calendars!

We hope to see you all there, live or at least virtually.

P.S. Fuzzy-related interval and imprecise probability papers are always welcome at this series of conferences.

Because of many relations between fuzzy and interval computations, the organizers of the main interval conference 19th International Symposium on Scientific Computing, Computer Arithmetic, and Verified Numerical Computation SCAN'2021 are investigating the possibility of having the two conferences back to back, so that a person from outside Europe will be able to attend both conferences at the price of one trip to Europe. An announcement will be made as soon as the details are finalized!
