Associated with the 2016 International IEEE Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (Budapest, Hungary, Octob3r 9-12, 2016), there will be a special satellite conference specifically aimed at students and young professionals.  The deadline for the satellite conference is the same as for the main conference: April 15, 2016.

This is a great opportunity for your researchers to present their work, and to become involved in organizing scientific meetings.

Similarly to the conference itself, this satellite conference welcome papers on applications on imprecise probabilities.
