Dear Friends,

This is FYI, the dates for the 3^rd World Conference in Soft Computing in San Antonio, Texas, have been changed to the original ones, our apologies for the inconvenience, these are now final dates, now it looks like all the VIPs will be able to come, and we hope to see Professor Zadeh himself at this conference.

Imprecise probabilities, especially fuzzy-based, are very welcome.

P.S. The program committee list is still being updated

P.P.S. In addition to 6-page papers which we plan to publish BEFORE the conference, we plan to have extended version of selected papers published as well.
