Here is how to register:

1) "Register as a new costumer" at: https://payments.liv.ac.uk/myaccount 
When asked for the address, provide the billing address.

2) Log in.

3) Navigate to: https://payments.liv.ac.uk/short-courses/short-courses-at-liverpool/school-of-engineering 
Or from the side menu: Short courses -> Short Courses at Liverpool -> School of Engineering

4) Follow the registration steps (card details etc.).

5) You will receive an email confirmation. Keep the email confirmation.
