We invite applications for the IJAR Young Researcher Award, which is granted by the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning (IJAR).
The prize will be awarded to one (or more) young researchers for excellent research in the area of imprecise probabilities. IJAR will make available a total of �1000.
The award is open to Master students, PhD students and young post-doc researchers who received their PhD after ISIPTA �13 and who have demonstrated excellence in research on imprecise probabilities. (The corresponding stage of the career is taken into
account in the judgement.)
Note that in order to apply for the award, it is not a necessary condition to have a paper accepted at ISIPTA �15.
Application procedure
Applications are handled using EasyChair:

You will have to login with an EasyChair account. If you do not yet have an EasyChair account, you must first create one. An EasyChair account you created for another conference will work for ISIPTA �15 as well.
Once you are logged to the ISIPTA �15 EasyChair pages, you can select �New Submission� in the top menu bar.
Then, choose �IJAR Award Track� and click �Continue� to continue to the application submission form. To submit your contribution, fill in this form and click �Submit�.
All information entered in this form can be updated and amended until the hard deadline of 1 June 2015. The application shall include the following material:
- applicant contact details (as first �Author�)
- supervisor contact details (as subsequent �Author�)
- a research statement of up to four pages describing the main results of the research as well as aims of further research (add title, short abstract, and keywords to the respective fields; the statement pdf file should be added as �Paper�)
- a CV, including a list of publications (as a pdf �Attachment�)
- up to three publications, including thesis, preprints, etc. (as urls added to the �Abstract� field or as pdf files in attachment)
(In case of multiple pdf attachments, combine them into a single zip file.)
Selection Committee
The following committee consisting of the members of the Program Committee of ISIPTA �15 will review the applications and make a decision before the ISIPTA meeting, notify the winner(s) at the conference, and announce the result via the SIPTA mailing list:
