Please follow the guidlines on the conference webpage, note that the deadline for abstracts is 30 April 2013.

ps We have initial plans to arrange a further workshop-style meeting on this topic, at Durham, immediately following the Liverpool conference; these plans will be worked out in more detail over the coming months, but you may wish to keep it in mind; all would be welcome, of course, and we expect to run it at low (ideally zero) fees.
