Based on many requests from the authors, the organizers decided to postpone the deadline for submission of papers for the 2022 International IEEE Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics IEEE SMC'2022<http://www.ieeesmc2022.org/>, Prague, Czech Republic (October 9-12, 2022) conference to May 8th, 2022; see https://ieeesmc2022.org/ for more details.

This conference is, in principle, face-to-face scientific meeting, but for the authors of accepted papers from the countries with pandemic travel restrictions will be enabled to present their contributions in a videoconference mode.
