The 8th International Conference of the Thailand Econometric Society TES'2015: Econometrics of Risk

Call for Papers:

TES'2015 calls for academic papers in the field of theoretical and empirical econometrics. The theme of the conference in January 2015 is "Econometrics of Risk". The conference also welcomes all disciplines in quantitative economics.

The deadline of the submission (first round) is May 31st, 2014. All papers submitted in this first round will be considered for the publication in the conference proceedings published by Springer Verlag (indexed in SCOPUS). Each paper will be peer-reviewed by anonymous referees assigned by the Chair of Scientific Committee. The authors must revise the papers according to comments from the referees and re-submit the paper for the final decision of the Scientific Committee. Qualified papers will be included in the book and released at the conference in January 2015.

Later, the conference will open again for the second round submission, with the deadline of October 15, 2014. Papers submitted in this second round will also be peer reviewed, accepted papers will be presented at the conference -- but they will not appear in the Springer book.

Authors of all accepted papers are encouraged to submit extended versions of their papers to relevant journals (see list below). Editors of these journals may contact some of the authors of accepted papers encouraging them to submit their extended versions. These extended\ versions will be peer-refereed by the corresponding journals.
