Particular emphasis is placed on cross-disciplinary contributions addressing complex engineering systems through a unified uncertainty-aware perspective. Contributions are welcome in areas including, but not limited to: * Modeling and simulation of dynamical systems under uncertainty * Operational modal analysis (OMA) and model updating with noisy, incomplete, or limited datasets * Robust, adaptive, and stochastic control strategies for uncertain systems * Data-driven and hybrid (physics-informed) modeling approaches * Digital twins and diagnostics of dynamical systems under uncertainty * Stochastic and non-stationary excitation modeling (wind, seismic, operational) * Risk- and reliability-based performance assessment * Experimental and numerical validation of uncertainty-aware methods * Decision-making frameworks integrating uncertainty into modeling and control The deadline for manuscript submission is December 15, 2026. Should you be interested, you are welcome to submit your manuscript at any time up to the deadline. While the official timeline follows ASME standards, the Guest Editors are personally coordinating the review process and will aim to provide a first decision as efficiently as possible. Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal's online submission system. Authors are requested to select the appropriate Special Issue title during submission. Dear colleagues, We are delighted to announce our upcoming SIPTA online seminar on imprecise probabilities (IP). These monthly events are open to anyone interested in IP, and will be followed by a Q&A and open discussion. They also provide an occasion for the community to meet, keep in touch and exchange between in-person events. Jeremie Houssineau is currently Assistant Professor in the Division of Mathematical Sciences of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He also holds an honorary Associate Professor position in the Department of Statistics at the University of Warwick. Jeremie Houssineau has many contributions in statistics and state estimation, and is one of the current world leader in the use of possibility theory for statistical problems and signal processing. On the 25th of June, at 10:00 CEST:paris time (up to 12:00 CEST, with a talk duration of 45min/1h), he will talk about "What should we update? Outer probability measures and learning from ignorance”. Short papers should be between 4 and 7 pages. Extended abstracts should be at most 2 pages and should reference the originally published work. For the final version of the accepted paper, it is possible to use an additional page to address the reviewers' comments. Short and long papers may extend to 8 and 15 pages, respectively (including references). All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by members of the program committee.
