There's an exciting PhD studentship available in Durham to apply imprecise probabilistic methods to offshore asset management, in collaboration between the Durham Engineering and Mathematics departments, and an external research institute named the "Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult". Starting date can be as early as 1 October 2016, but this is flexible.
