The UR'2013 Special Track at the 26th International Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Society Conference (FLAIRS-26) is the 18th in the series. As the past tracks, UR'2013 seeks to bring together researchers working on broad issues related to reasoning under uncertainty. Scopes ------ Papers on all aspects of uncertain reasoning are invited.
